We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join an expanding business near Windermere. This tech focused business is going through a period of growth due to their continued success - even during the past few months!
They are looking for someone to provide support to business colleagues & customers on all aspects of their technology infrastructure. This role will involve a blend of diagnosing & resolving issues where appropriate as well as actively monitoring systems in order to provide preventative actions where needed.
This candidate will have a background providing 2nd line support either via a service desk or in a more hands capacity. The role itself has the scope to progress into a TechOps position and is very broad - so it's key that this person is eager to learn and get involved across software, infrastructure and hardware support.
It would be beneficial if you had expedience in a few of the below;
- Data Centre support
- VMWare (ESXI)
- Call Servers (PBX)
- SQL Servers
- Office 365
This role is paying up to £30k and although fully remote at the moment will require a couple of days in the office in the future.
