Technical Business Anaylst

The company is responsible for all applications that enable the Financial Advisory Division. This includes support of all aspects of the annual business lifecycle, client lifecycle, and deal management processes including CRM, Knowledge Management, Revenue Reporting, and Resource Planning.

This role is responsible for supporting the Business Design function with a focus on gathering, validating, and documenting business information and needs, and participating in the development lifecycle to help deliver high value solutions to meet the needs of the business.

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, business, technology, or related field
  • Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering
  • 6+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Software Trainer, and/or Project Manager
  • 2 to 3 years' experience working on-site in face-to-face meetings with clients gathering requirements and providing expert advice and insights
  • Experience with User Training
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience supporting Applications/Systems
  • Experience in financial services and/or banking
  • Experience with user acceptance testing, use cases, and overall testing
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, able to speak with the business experts confidently and produce comprehensive documentation
  • Well organized and consistently delivers on commitments within predetermined timelines
  • Able to work under tight timeframes and be able to multi-task effectively
