Service Desk Analyst - Windows / Office 365 / Hardware
My client is looking a Service Desk Analyst to support the business from their London office. You will be providing resolutions where possible on a mix of technology products such as Windows 10, Office 365, bespoke application support and full hardware break-fix. The role is for an initial 6 months with extension opportunities at the end. You will need to possess strong communication skills and be able to work in a close knit team.
