Service Desk Analyst - Windows / Office 365 / Hardware
My client is looking a Service Desk Analyst to support the business on a global scale. The service desk operates a follow the sun support function from multiple offices so there is always support available. You will be providing resolutions where possible on a mix of technology products such as Windows 10, Office 365, bespoke application support and full hardware break-fix.
