Service Desk Analyst | Crewe | 6 months | Immediate Start
I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a business based in Crewe. You will be responsible for supporting the service desk business-wide, acting as the first point of contact for any IT related incidents that come through.
- Log all tickets and act as the first point of contact for Service Desk telephone, mailbox and ticketing queue
- Providing follow-the-sun Infrastructure and Cloud services support to all business locations
- Escalating more serious incidents to 3rd line engineers and relevant teams
This is a 6 month contract with a view to extend, and someone with professional services experience for an immediate start.
