Oliver James Associates are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of the largest life and insurance company based in Dublin City Centre for an initial 12-month contract.
This is an urgent requirement as demand can not be met within the existing team to support this activity.
The client is looking for a Business Analyst to come and make process improvement, create "as is" and "to be" process maps, making sure that all the European Offices follow the same standards.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
* Good experience in working on process improvement initiatives.
* Very good listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software.
* Understanding and appreciation of different cultural business practices/attitudes.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multi-functional projects effectively.
* Experience of implementing regulatory change projects.
