Oliver James Associates are working with a well known UK Life Insurance business, one of the largest in the UK. They are seeking to appoint an experienced change actuary to join their Finance and Actuarial Change team.
The successful applicant will have 10-15 direct reports and ownership over a multi-million pound change budget. This individual will work with the Head of Finance and Actuarial Change to provide strategic insight on how to improve change on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities will include being the point of contact for implementation needs for the wider business eg pricing, systems etc.
The role is dynamic and all change management focused. Candidates must have experience of actuarial transformation and have knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Qualified actuary with 10 years total experience
- Previous experience in overseeing projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills
