Program Manager

Do you enjoy direct involvement in projects to make an impact and drive change?

Reporting to the Manager of the Program Management Office, as a Lead Project Manager/Program Manager you will:

  • Guide cross-functional project teams through company-wide technology deployment and operational process improvements critical to the organization long-term strategy plan
  • Define, scope, analyze and prioritize complex, global problems and work in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and follow through all facets of program work
  • Report on the projects and program progress and manage stakeholder communication and engagement

How you will have an impact:

  • Guide the team and organization on PMO governance and practices
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional enterprise-wide project teams
  • Manage program portfolio and facilitate prioritization and sequencing of work within the project/program
  • Plan, execute and control project scope, deliverables, schedule, resource, cost, risks, procurement, quality and stakeholders
  • Provide visibility and reporting on the program progress

Who you are and the experience you will bring:

  • BS/BA and 10+ years of combined project and program management experience
  • A well-developed project management toolkit and experience with program and portfolio management tools
  • Demonstrated capability to successfully lead global projects and/or programs and lead/mentor peers to accomplish the above
  • Ability to successfully challenge and influence project senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Microsoft Office 365 Product Suite

Preferred experience to differentiate you:

  • Certification: Project Manager Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent
  • Proactive PM who is a team player and is able to get everyone moving in one direction
