My client is one of the multinational insurance companies around the globe.They are undergoing a huge journey of digital transformation. They are now looking for a Product Owner with BA skill sets. Joining them is a great opportunity to gain exposure involving large scale digital transformation projects which is something aligning with the hottest global trend.


- Get insights from the customer through research, questionnaire and regular feedbacks
- Lead the team on the creation of new products, design and functionalities
- Collaborate with business owners to prioritize the products and work out the product roadmap
- Design & manage the project schedules, team activities, team values and priorities
- Communicate with key business drivers of their business need, gathering business requirements
- Identifying opportunities to implement effective and efficient business solutions regarding business needs
- Act as a product owner in agile ceremonies & become the voice of business
- Manage the technology team interface & liaising for clarification
- Ensure on time implementation and quality delivery of products and functionalities
- Manage UAT, support implementation and go-live issue resolution
- identify key delivery issues / risks and take proper actions
- Provide tranings to end users
- Contribute ideas to provide project management methodology
- Contribute ideas to ensure continuous improvement


- Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- 4 years of experience in business analysis, & 1 year in digital transformation projects as a product owner
- Previous working experience with UX/UI designers which developing new products
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Able to coach, mentor and guide junior team members
- Good communication skills to be able to interact with all levels of business
- Good problem solver with a positive mindset
- Solid knowledge of Agile development
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
