One of the leading Financial Services organizations is currently looking to onshore part of its regional contact centers back to Hong Kong.
The onshored contact center will be responsible for customer support of a flagship digital application of the company. The idea is to increase customer satisfaction and speed of reaction to all tickets through the centralized contact center.
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Care Specialist with experience running a huge multilingual regional contact center in Asia, who will be able to start the contact center from the ground up. Ideally, we need someone who has a good understanding of existing contact center technology solutions, chatbot options, processes, etc.
What you will do:
You will be solemnly responsible for setting up the contact center, hiring the team and then running it later as soon as it turns BAU.
