Our central Manchester based client, a thriving Managed Services Provider, is currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities of this role include providing 2nd line technical support within their Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications arena, as well as resolving technical support tickets on their busy Service Desk.
- Working within an IT Systems Administration environment
- Experience with VMWare and Active Directory
- Microsoft Desktop experience (2+ years)
- Experience administrating Microsoft Windows Server
