IT Service Desk Engineer - 1st Line Support - South Manchester - Financial Services
£40,000 per annum DOE - Central Manchester
We are currently working with an exciting financial services business in South Manchester to recruit a 1st Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will report into the service manager as part of the wider service desk team, they will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be responsible for identifying appropriate solutions to customer requests and IT service incidents via phone, email and face to face.
Ideally candidates will have knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Active Directory, Laptop & Mobile Configuration and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in a 1st line or IT Helpdesk role
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Positive approach to learning
