Integration Manager

Managing London Market Ecosystems - to work as part of cross-functional, self-organising team enhancing and supporting critical services while delivering maximum business value, in alignment with strategic priortities.

Responsible for the London Market European business critical systems and platforms.

Responsible for service management process across: incident management, change management, release management and serivce requests.

Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development, modification, and system integration of complex systems and subsystems used for daily production processing.

Lead initiatives in developing new integration capabilities and enhancements to existing European platforms.

Driving a DevOps mindset with software providers.

Future: Integration Manager & Team Lead

Provide day-to-day line management to members of the Product team.

Provide leadershipon development work and have supervisory responsibilities in delegating work to ensure that work is delivered on time.

Maintain close relationship within the Group Technology department.

Pro-acively seek opportunities within the Corporation to improve and enhance the efficiency of the organisation through innovative and improved approaches.

Required Experience

Broad knowledge of technology infrastrcuture that Lloyd's has implemented to underpin its application development.

Experience of a customer service focused, process & data driven enviroment.

Expert knowledge of tools, techniques and best practices for the movement and integration of data such as ETL, application messaging, web services/APIs and integration platforms.

Working knowledge of Solution Lifecycle management tools and continuous integration methods.

Proven people management experience including coaching and mentoring.

Proven success building strong stakeholder relationships.
