Our client is one of the most successful and heavily funded start-ups with the most advanced blockchain technology in Hong Kong. They are headquartered in the US and now massively growing their team with various greenfield projects.
They are now looking for a Help Desk Support Engineer to support their staff in a fast-paced environment with being attentive to details and good problem-solving skill.
- Provide Level 2 end user support and the current support team with solutions
- Identify and solve patch and vulnerability issues through scripting and MDM policies
- Programmatically develop, test and deploy applications and operating system patches
- Provide support macOS, iOS, Linux and Android devices
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues with networking skills including TCP/IP and DNS
- Complete daily tasks by using Ticketing and Asset Management system
- Troubleshoot existing printers and network peripherals
- Test and suggest new hardware and software applications
- Provide support for staff
- 3 years of experience or above working as computer support role in corporate environment
- Advanced scripting knowledge to support macOS and Windows
- Fluent in both verbal and written Chinese and English
