Life insurance Client in Dublin requires a Qualified (or experienced) Life Actuary to lead a small financial reporting team
The business is offering a 6 to 12 month initial day-rate contract (extensions likely)
The ideal candidate will have significant Financial Reporting experience within a Life insurance company (solvency II, IFRS, Statutory)
Senior Life Actuary required for the role of Financial Reporting manager. This is a contract role offering a lucrative daily rate.
Location: Central Dublin - ideally 5 days per week.
Duration: 6 month (extensions likely)
Rate:circa 800EUR per day (negotiable)
Start: ASAP - Ideally Jan 2020
Role: You will oversee a Financial Reporting team of 2 during the busy reporting period of Q1 and Q2 2020. You will join a talented, contractor friendly team.
- Qualified Life Actuary
- Significant Financial Reporting experience ( strong Solvency II, IFRS, Statutory)
- Previous experience of leading or managing a team - the ability to work calmly under pressure and get the best from the team.
- Good stakeholder management
- Irish market experience is desirable but not mandatory
