Oliver James Associates are representing a recognisable Life Insurance client in Dublin. The business is offering a 6 month (initial) day rate contract for a Life Actuarial contractor to take the role of Financial Reporting manager.
Duration: 6 month (extensions likely)
Rate:circa 800EUR per day
Start: ASAP - Ideally Jan 2020
Role: You will oversee a Financial Reporting team of 2 during the busy reporting period of Q1 and Q2 2020. You will join a talented, contractor friendly team.
- Qualified Life Actuary
- Significant Financial Reporting experience ( strong Solvency II, IFRS, Statutory)
- Previous experience of leading or managing a team - the ability to work calmly under pressure and get the best from the team.
- Good stakeholder management
- Irish market experience is desirable but not mandatory
