I have a requirement for a Senior Manager (Actuary) to work in a Finance Business Partnering capacity for a leading insurance business. You will report to the Head of Reporting with strong exposure to the Director of Finance and support the business leadership at a high level.
The Head of Reporting is seeking to offload a number of key responsibilities to a number two within their team due to ongoing, dynamic changes at the business. You will be responsible for Solvency II Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting and Capital Management.
The organisation are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager where your key responsibility will be to build, lead and develop a team of qualified and part qualified actuaries.
You will either be an experienced actuary with prior Senior Management experience or you will be looking to make your first step into a leadership role.
