Digital Performance Marketing Manager

Seniority: 3 - 5 yy

'Hands on Keyboard' operational activation & management of e-Commerce, Social, Performance Display (Criteo, Amazon Advertising Console - former AMS, AMG, AAG), Paid Search/SEM strategy with stewardship of keyword, bid and pacing management. The role is inclusive of activation of performance display & SEM campaigns.

Maintain good relationships across both internal Marketing, eCommerce, and Content departments, and externally across digital partners and suppliers.

Areas of responsabilies and activities:

Search:

  • Search engines campaigns Set-up, Management and Optimization
  • Business Development and Sales increase through engines
  • Knowledge of Search Ads 360 is a plus

Social:

  • Social Network paid campaigns Set-up, Management and Optimization
  • Business Development and Sales increase through the Social channel

Display:

  • Performance display activities Management and Optimization (retargeting)
  • Business Development and Sales increase through the performance display channel

Analytics:

  • Ability to use analytics tools for cross-channel analysis and reporting purposes
  • Knowledge and ability in using Data Studio for internal reporting purposes as nice to have

Skills

  • Deep operational knowledge of all Paid Search tools and engines: Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo!, Yelp, AdMarketplace. Knowledge of SA360 is a nice to have
  • Deep operational knowledge of main Social Networks and Business Manager
  • Operational knowledge of the Criteo
  • Operational knowledge of the Amazon Advertising Platform is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe (analysis and reporting purposes).
  • Knowledge of Data Studio is a plus (nice to have)

Internal interactions: Performance Marketing,e-Commerce, Marketing, Content,Marketing and Brand

External interactions: Digital Partners, Digital Suppliers

Eductional Background and Expertise:

  • Degree educated
  • 3-5 years working in media industry with experience managing Performance Marketing with focus on Paid Search/SEM, Social, Performance display and Analytics
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • FLUENT in English
