1st/2nd Line Support - Windows / Office 365 / VMware
I have a client in the heart of Manchester who are expanding and need to add to their support function. They are an expanding MSP near Deansgate who have an excellent team and fantastic office environment led by some great technologists. You will be covering the technical issues of their clients and you will need to be a proactive solutions orientated Support Analyst who is fully prepared to get stuck in doing root cause analysis. You will be investigating technical problems and working on fixes before escalating. you will need experience working with and supporting Windows 7/10, Office 365, VoIP, Windows Server Admin and basic VMware skills.
