Oliver James Associates are working on behalf of a leading Financial Services institution based in South Manchester. Looking to expand the busy IT Service Desk, you will be working within 1st Line and providing support to 2nd Line in this fast-paced and rewarding team.
- Identify solutions to resolving queries and incidents in a timely manner
- Logging all issues and managing stakeholders expectations throughout the process
- Investigate and resolve all assigned issues, supporting 2nd line when needed
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles for the IT Service Desk
This is an exciting opportunity offering clear development within the busy IT Service Desk team.
- Previous experience within 1st Line IT Service Desk role
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
